Katrina is een Hatha Yoga-instructeur die haar leven heeft gewijd aan het vinden van harmonie en balans in lichaam en geest. Katrina is a Hatha Yoga instructor who has devoted her life to finding harmony and balance in mind and body.

To this end, she moved from Russia to Thailand to pursue healthy eating, a more meditative yoga practice, and nature experiences. But that doesn’t mean she’s stopped traveling. In fact, she loves to meet new people and is always looking to share her enthusiasm for raw veganism and the outdoor lifestyle.

So keep an eye out when you’re on the road - you might run into deep-breathing Katrina!

Twee dingen die ik moet weten. 1) Hoe beheers je schaduwen zo goed tijdens het fotograferen? 2) Wat gebeurde er met de roze haarband die op de grond lag? De Tree Pose op de top van een gigantisch rotsblok dat op de rand van een klif staat, was een hoogtepunt in de film. Zo dapper daar staan wuivend in de wind samen met de bomen. Bedankt voor dit stukje artistieke expressie.

like it twice if I could. This was a very enjoyable glimpse of an accomplished practitioner. The Tree Pose at the top of a giant boulder standing on the edge of a cliff was a high point in the film. So bravely standing there swaying in the breeze along with the trees. Thank you for this piece of artistic expression.
